ÉTAPES
Soak the rice cakes in cold water for 10 minutes, then blanch them in boiling water.
Preheat a pan and melt the butter.
Skewer 4 rice cakes onto each toothpick and grill them in the pan.

Place a slice of cheese on top of each skewer.
