- 🧀 1 slice cheese

- Seasoning - 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of parsley
 
ÉTAPES
Dice the ham into small pieces. Optionally prepare additional vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, or onions.
Mix gochujang, ketchup, and oligosaccharide to create the sauce.
Coat a single-serving bowl or earthenware pot with sesame oil evenly.
Layer the ingredients in the bowl: rice, cheese slice, diced ham, sauce, canned corn, and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
Optionally sprinkle parsley on top for decoration.
Cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts completely.
