- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 🧄 1 cm minced garlic
- 🧀 1 cup pizza cheese
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1 tsp parsley
ÉTAPES
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into thin 2mm slices.
Microwave the potato slices for 5 minutes.
Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic together.
Coat the microwaved potatoes with the olive oil mixture.
Bake the potatoes in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, removing excess olive oil from the dish halfway through.
Combine pizza cheese, milk, and pizza sauce in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 minute.
Mix the cheese sauce thoroughly and microwave for another minute.
Pour the cheese sauce over the baked potatoes and garnish with parsley.
