- Vegetables - 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
 
- Cheese - 🧀 8 pieces (50g) mozzarella cheese
 
- Oil - As needed salad oil
 
- Herbs - A pinch of chopped parsley
 
- Cheese - 🧀 1/2 tsp grated cheese
 
- Meat Mixture - 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
 
- Tomato Sauce - 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Breading - As needed flour
- As needed breadcrumbs
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
 
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
In a small pot, simmer the tomato sauce ingredients until reduced by half.
Mix ground meat, onion, and meat mixture ingredients in a bowl until sticky. Divide into 8 portions and wrap each around a piece of mozzarella cheese.
Coat each meatball in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in sequence.
Heat oil to 170°C and deep-fry the meatballs until golden brown.
Serve the meatballs on a plate with tomato sauce, and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
