INGRÉDIENTS
- Meat - 6 slices pork loin (120g)
 
- Vegetables - 🥕 1/2 carrot (100g), julienned
 
- Dairy - 🧀 3 slices cheese
 
- Seasoning - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
- Breading - Sufficient breadcrumbs
 
- Oil - Sufficient salad oil
 
- Batter - 🥚 1 egg
- 3 tbsp flour
- 💧 2 tbsp water
 
ÉTAPES
Julienne the carrot and cut the cheese slices in half.
Place the carrot in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool.
Season the pork slices with salt and pepper. Place cheese and carrot evenly on each slice and roll tightly. Repeat for all 6 rolls.
Mix the batter ingredients in a bowl. Dip each roll into the batter and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot (about 3cm deep). Fry the rolls for 4–5 minutes until cooked through.
