Carrot Tofu Steak Ingredients
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 100g ground pork
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp flour
- 🥚 1 egg
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup water
Carrot Juice Ingredients
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🍎 1/2 apple
- 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the carrot and onion using a food processor.
Mash the tofu using a handheld blender or similar tool.
Combine the chopped vegetables, mashed tofu, ground pork, salt, pepper, flour, and egg in a bowl. Form into steak-shaped patties.
Cook the patties in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, butter, and water in another pan. Cook until slightly thickened.
Serve the patties with the sauce on top. Optionally, add roasted or fresh vegetables as a side.
For the carrot juice, chop the carrot and apple into bite-sized pieces.
Blend the carrot, apple, and water in a cup using a handheld blender until smooth.
