Vegetables
- 🥕 1 medium carrot (150g), julienned
 - 🌽 30g frozen corn
 
Protein
- 🐟 70g canned tuna, drained
 - 🥚 1 beaten egg
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated noodle soup base
 - 1/2 tsp curry powder
 - 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
 
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
 
ÉTAPES
Julienne the carrot and drain the canned tuna.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot, tuna, and corn, and stir-fry until the carrot softens.
Add the noodle soup base and stir-fry until the liquid reduces. Sprinkle in the curry powder and mix well.
Pour in the beaten egg and mix quickly. Once the egg is semi-cooked, turn off the heat and season with salt and pepper.
