- 1 tsp cacao nibs (4g)
- 🥛 1 cup milk (200ml)
- 🍌 1 banana
- 🧊 5 ice cubes
ÉTAPES
Replace milk with low-fat or non-fat milk if on a diet. Optionally, prepare 1/2 tbsp honey for added sweetness.
Combine all ingredients except honey in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes.
If adding honey, blend the smoothie 90% first, then add honey and blend lightly to mix evenly.
