- Vegetables - 🥬 200g cabbage
 
- Seasonings - 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 2/3 tbsp chili powder
 
- Oils - 2 tbsp grape seed oil
 
- Sauces - 1/2 tbsp Yeondu (Korean seasoning)
 
ÉTAPES
Slice the cabbage into 5mm thick pieces and salt them.
Rinse the salted cabbage under running water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix chili powder with grape seed oil and microwave for 1 minute to create chili oil.
Combine Yeondu, vinegar, and sugar to make the dressing.
Mix the cabbage with the dressing and chili oil until evenly coated.
