- Vegetables - 🥬 100g shredded cabbage
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
 
- Canned Goods - 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
 
- Dairy - 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🥛 100ml milk
 
- Baking - 🍞 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
 
- Egg Mixture - 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
 
ÉTAPES
Shred the cabbage into thin slices and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to create the egg mixture.
In a heatproof dish, layer the cabbage and canned tuna, then pour the egg mixture over it. Sprinkle grated cheese and breadcrumbs on top, and arrange the cherry tomatoes decoratively.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes until the eggs are set. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3 minutes to brown the top.
