ÉTAPES
Peel 14 potatoes and prepare them.
Boil the potatoes in a pot with half a spoon of salt for 10 minutes.
Mash the boiled potatoes thoroughly.
Add butter to the warm mashed potatoes and mix until melted.
Mix the mashed potatoes with butter, vanilla powder, honey, and fresh cream until well combined.
Brush parchment paper with olive oil and spoon the potato mixture onto the paper in round pie shapes.
Separate egg yolks and brush them onto the potato pies.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top and preheat the oven.
Bake the pies in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.
