- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧈 10g butter
- A dash of olive oil
- A dash of pepper
- 🧂 A dash of salt
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup

ÉTAPES
Defrost frozen shrimp in cold water. If using fresh shrimp, peel and devein them, then rinse in cold water.
Mix minced garlic, butter, syrup, and parsley powder to create the butter garlic sauce.
Season the defrosted shrimp with olive oil, pepper, and salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the seasoned shrimp. No need to add oil to the pan as the shrimp are already coated.
Once the shrimp are halfway cooked, add the butter garlic sauce and stir-fry until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce is well absorbed.
