- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🥔 20g potato
- 🥕 20g carrot
- 🍖 20g ham
- 🥦 20g broccoli
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Wash and prepare the ham, potato, carrot, broccoli, and onion.
Heat a pan, add butter, and sauté potato, carrot, ham, onion, and broccoli in sequence. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Whisk the eggs and mix in 1/2 tsp of salt.
Place the sautéed vegetables into an oven-safe dish and pour the egg mixture over them.
Generously sprinkle pizza cheese on top.
Bake in an air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes, then cut in half and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
For leftover ingredients, cook them in a frying pan and serve with tomato sauce for a pizza-like dish.
