- 🥚 4 eggs

ÉTAPES
Finely chop 1/4 piece of broccoli.
Separate egg whites and yolks. Mix the chopped broccoli with the egg whites and season with a pinch of salt.
Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the broccoli-egg white mixture into a thin layer.
Tilt the pan slightly and roll the cooked egg white layer from one side to the other.
Pour a thin layer of egg yolk onto the pan and place the rolled egg white layer at one end.
Roll the yolk layer around the egg white roll to form a complete egg roll.
Let the egg roll cool slightly, then slice into pieces.
Plate the sliced egg roll and decorate with ketchup if desired.
