INGRÉDIENTS
- Seafood - 🦐 8 peeled shrimp (120g)
 
- Vegetables - 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (125g)
 
- Spices - 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sliced chili
 
- Oils and Seasonings - 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 
ÉTAPES
Separate broccoli into small florets. Place broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Drain water. Crush garlic with the flat side of a knife and chop roughly.
Remove the vein from peeled shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry.
In a skillet, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and broccoli, then cook over medium heat until shrimp changes color.
