- 🍗 1kg chicken for braising
- 150g shishito peppers
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 💧 2 cups water
- 🧂 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken until browned.
Add the sliced green onion to the pan and stir-fry together.
Once the chicken is partially cooked, add sugar to the pan.
Create a space in the center of the pan and pour in soy sauce, then stir-fry.
Add water and minced garlic, then simmer until the sauce reduces to a thick consistency.
Add shishito peppers and stir-fry quickly before turning off the heat.
Sprinkle black pepper and sesame seeds on top to finish.
