- 🐟 500g hairtail fish
- 🥔 200g radish, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Prepare the hairtail fish by cleaning it thoroughly under running water.
Make anchovy broth by boiling 1 liter of water with anchovies.
Slice the radish into bite-sized pieces and add them to the anchovy broth.
Mix the seasoning ingredients: gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, mirin, plum extract, corn syrup, black pepper, and minced garlic.
Once the broth is boiling, place the hairtail fish on top and pour the seasoning mixture over it.
Add sliced green chilies and green onions for a spicy kick.
Simmer the dish on medium heat until the radish is fully cooked and tender.
