ÉTAPES
Cut slits at the end of each chicken wing and flip them inside out for a decorative shape.
Marinate the chicken wings with garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and mirin to remove any odor and enhance flavor.
Prepare the braising sauce by mixing soy sauce, oligosaccharide, chili flakes, and sesame oil.
