- 4 tbsp vinegar

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

ÉTAPES
Prepare the seasoning by mixing all the listed ingredients. Slice the wild chives finely before adding.
Wash the bok choy thoroughly. Leave small leaves whole and cut larger leaves in half.
Quarter the apples, remove the seeds, and slice them thinly. Peel the apples if preferred.
Combine the bok choy, apples, and seasoning in a bowl and mix well.
