    • 🧅 4 tbsp minced onion
    • 🧅 4 tbsp julienned green onion
    • 4 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
    • 4 tbsp corn syrup
    • 8 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/4 pear, grated
    • 💧 3 tbsp water
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • A pinch of minced ginger
    • 4-5 tbsp chili powder
    • A pinch of black pepper

Cook ground pork, water, and minced onion in a pan over medium heat, stirring to prevent clumping.

Add julienned green onion, cooking wine, sugar, corn syrup, and soy sauce. Simmer until the pork is fully cooked, then let it cool.

Mix grated pear, minced garlic, minced ginger, chili powder, and black pepper into the cooled sauce.

Boil somyeon noodles, rinse in cold water, and drain thoroughly.

Place noodles in a bowl, add 1.5-2 ladles of sauce per serving, top with pickled radish, chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
