 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
Bread
- 🍞 6 slices sandwich bread
 
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
 - 🧅 1/2 spring onion
 - Cilantro to taste
 - 1/2 red bell pepper
 - 🥬 6 lettuce leaves
 
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
 
ÉTAPES
Score the chicken thigh lightly to cut the tendons, then season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan, place chicken skin-side down, and press lightly while cooking on low heat for 5–6 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side, then turn off the heat and coat with sweet bean paste.
Let the chicken cool slightly, then cut into stick-like pieces.
Mix sweet bean paste and sesame oil in a bowl.
Flatten the sandwich bread using your hands or a rolling pin, then spread the sweet bean paste mixture on one side.
Place lettuce on the bread, followed by chicken and vegetables, then wrap tightly.
