- 🥩 100g sliced beef
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
 - 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
 - 🌿 1 sprig chopped parsley
 
Bread
- 🥖 1/2 baguette (15cm), sliced
 
Liquids
- 💧 150cc water
 
Sauces
- 1 can (290g) demi-glace sauce
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
 - pepper to taste
 
Toppings
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
 - 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
 
Oils
- 1 tbsp olive oil
 
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion and mushrooms thinly. Cut the baguette into 7mm slices.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook for about 2 minutes until the color changes. Add the onion and mushrooms and sauté until coated with oil.
Add water to the pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Add the demi-glace sauce and stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange the baguette slices in a heatproof dish. Pour the sauce mixture over the bread. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and grated cheese on top, then bake in a toaster oven for 2–5 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
