    • 250ml soybean paste
    • 100ml chili paste
    • 3 tbsp cooking wine
    • 50ml corn syrup
    • 50ml mayonnaise
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

ÉTAPES

Chop onion, mushrooms, green chilies, green onion, and garlic. Prepare ground beef.

Heat a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add ground beef and 1 tbsp oyster sauce to the pan. Cook until almost done.

Add chopped green onion, onion, green chilies, and mushrooms to the pan.

Continue stir-frying until the vegetables are well cooked.

Prepare soybean paste, chili paste, corn syrup, and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Add the sauce mixture to the pan with the cooked ingredients.

Stir-fry for 5 minutes, then add cooking wine and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
