- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1/3 tsp ground pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Mix ground beef with soy sauce, plum extract, cooking wine, oligosaccharide, ground pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook the marinated beef on high heat in a pan. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and the beef is dry.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds to the cooked beef. Stir well and serve.
