- 🥩 300g thinly sliced beef
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍎 1 tbsp grated apple
- 4 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely grated

- Chopped chili peppers
ÉTAPES
Mix beef with sugar and corn syrup to marinate with sweetness.
Add soy sauce and grated apple to the beef.
Mix cooking wine and grated onion into the beef mixture.
Finish seasoning with ground pepper and sesame oil, mixing thoroughly.
Prepare rice paper by wetting it with water.
Place marinated beef and chopped chili peppers onto the rice paper.
Fold the sides of the rice paper and roll tightly to seal the beef inside.
Pan-fry the rolls on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
