    • 80g soy sauce (1/3 paper cup)
    • 80g mirin (1/3 paper cup)
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup

Soak the beef in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove blood. Boil the quail eggs and peel them.

Place the soaked beef in a pot, add enough water to cover the beef, and bring to a boil.

After boiling, rinse the beef thoroughly in cold water.

In a new pot, add the beef, garlic, onion, green onion, peppercorns, ginger, and bay leaf. Add enough water to cover the beef and simmer until the beef is tender, about 30 minutes.

Once the beef is cooked, let it cool slightly and shred it along the grain.

Strain the cooking liquid to remove solid ingredients.

Add the shredded beef, quail eggs, and seasoning ingredients to the strained cooking liquid. Cook on high heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
