- 🥬 250g finely chopped cabbage
Meat
- 🍖 150g ground beef
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups cooked white rice
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of seaweed flakes (optional)
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the cabbage.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, add minced garlic and ground beef, and stir-fry.
Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry together with the beef.
Add the cooked rice and mix well, creating a fried rice-like texture.
Pour 500ml of water into the pot and stir while cooking until the water is absorbed.
Add another 500ml of water, season with salt, and continue stirring until the rice is plump and the cabbage is tender.
Serve in bowls and optionally sprinkle seaweed flakes on top.
