Main Ingredients
- 🍢 1 block tofu
- 🥩 200g beef
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 💧 400ml water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- A pinch of black pepper
Seasoning
- 💧 2.5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
ÉTAPES
Slice the tofu into thick pieces.
Cut the green onion diagonally and slice the onion thinly.
Trim the ends of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into smaller portions.
Season the beef with mirin and black pepper.
Mix the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
In a pot, add tofu, beef, enoki mushrooms, and onion, then pour in the water.
Once the beef starts to cook, add the seasoning sauce and cover the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add green onion and black pepper, then continue cooking.
If the flavor is insufficient, add more shrimp paste water to finish.
