- 🥩 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 🌱 300g soybean sprouts, washed
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp salt or soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Remove blood from the beef and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Heat a pot and stir-fry the beef with sesame oil.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
Once the beef is cooked, add the washed soybean sprouts and continue boiling. Season with salt or soy sauce.
Add minced garlic and chopped green onion. Stir well and turn off the heat.
Serve the soup hot and enjoy its refreshing taste.
