    • 🥩 100g ground beef
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • Pinch of black pepper
  • Radish

    • 1/4 radish, sliced
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
  • Seasoning Sauce

    • 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Rinse the rice and soak it for 20 minutes.

Slice the radish and sprinkle with salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Mix ground beef with sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and black pepper.

Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked.

Drain the soaked rice and place it in a pot or earthenware bowl.

Layer the salted radish over the rice and add 1 cup of water.

Top with the stir-fried beef, cover, and cook the rice until done.
