    • 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp syrup
    • 1 tsp pepper

    • 600ml water
    • 1 tbsp starch
    • 🥚 1 egg

Slice the onion, shiitake mushrooms, carrot, and paprika.

Thinly slice the beef and marinate with minced garlic, soy sauce, mirin, syrup, and pepper.

Heat a pan without oil and stir-fry the marinated beef until partially cooked.

Add the sliced vegetables (onion, shiitake mushrooms, carrot, paprika) to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Pour 600ml of water into the pan and bring to a boil.

Gradually add starch water to thicken the sauce, stirring continuously.

Fry an egg to serve on top of the rice bowl.

Serve the rice in a bowl, pour the sauce over it, and top with the fried egg.
