- 200g oyster mushrooms
- 150g enoki mushrooms
- 50g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 king oyster mushroom
- 150g bunashimeji mushrooms
- 4 dumplings
- 100g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Beef Marinade
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
Broth
- 3 cups anchovy kelp broth
- 2 tbsp soup soy sauce
- 🧂 To taste salt
ÉTAPES
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper. Let it sit while preparing other ingredients.
Prepare the broth by boiling anchovy kelp stock. Set aside.
Slice mushrooms, onion, green onion, and chili pepper. Prepare dumplings and bean sprouts.
Layer bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms at the bottom of a pot.
Arrange the remaining ingredients neatly on top, finishing with the marinated beef.
Pour the broth over the ingredients and season with soup soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
Simmer until all ingredients are cooked through. Stir gently to separate the beef.
