INGRÉDIENTS
- Rice - 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
 
- Meat - 🥩 200g sliced beef
 
- Vegetables - 60g sweet pickled ginger
- 4 shiso leaves
- 3 slices ginger
 
- Condiments - 2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp salad oil
 
- Seasonings - 3 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 50ml water
 
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice ginger and shiso leaves. Mince the sweet pickled ginger.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ginger, and stir until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color. Add the seasonings and simmer until the liquid reduces by half.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, prepared ingredients, and toasted sesame seeds.
