- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into smaller clusters.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the sake, mirin, soy sauce, and mayonnaise in a bowl to prepare the Japanese mayo sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the cabbage and shimeji mushrooms, cooking until softened.
Add the Japanese mayo sauce to the pan and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
