INGRÉDIENTS
- Rice - 🍚 1 cup washed rice
 
- Meat - 🥩 80g sliced beef
 
- Vegetables - 🥕 1/4 carrot, thinly sliced
- 50g burdock, shaved
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
 
- Liquid - 💧 Water, as needed
 
- Seasoning - 1/2 tsp sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
 
ÉTAPES
Slice the carrot into thin pieces and shave the burdock. Soak burdock in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Cut the beef into thin strips and marinate with sake and soy sauce.
In a rice cooker, add washed rice, seasoning ingredients, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice surface.
Layer carrot, burdock, and marinated beef on top of the rice. Cook using the normal rice setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and serve in bowls. Garnish with chopped green onion.
