Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
 
Protein
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
 
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers (90g), sliced
 - 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), julienned
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
Sauce
- 3 tbsp yakiniku sauce
 - 1 tsp gochujang
 - 1 tbsp sake
 
Toppings
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
 - White sesame seeds, as needed
 
ÉTAPES
Slice bell peppers into 5mm strips and julienne the carrot.
Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix yakiniku sauce, gochujang, and sake in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, cook beef until browned, then add bell peppers and carrot. Stir-fry until softened. Add the sauce and mix well.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with stir-fried beef and vegetables, onsen egg, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
