- 1 pack bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1-2 chili peppers
Seasonings
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
ÉTAPES
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly in water.
Pour 1000ml of water into a pot and cover with a lid. Bring it to a boil.
Once boiling, add 0.5 tbsp of minced garlic.
For a spicy kick, add 1-2 chili peppers. Skip this step if serving to children.
Add the green onion and optionally 1 tbsp of a seasoning enhancer like 'Yeondu'.
Finally, add 0.5 tbsp of salt. Taste and adjust if needed.
