INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
Meat
- 400g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Garnish
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Clean and wash the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Place the bean sprouts in a deep pan and spread half of the sauce evenly over them.
Spread the pork belly slices evenly on top of the bean sprouts.
Pour the remaining sauce over the pork belly slices.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10 minutes until the ingredients release moisture and start to cook.
Once the bean sprouts release moisture, open the lid and stir-fry everything evenly.
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously and mix well before serving.
