INGRÉDIENTS
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
 - 🐟 35g canned tuna (water-packed)
 - 1/2 bag bean sprouts
 - 2 stalks chives
 - 1/2 tsp grated ginger
 - 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
 
ÉTAPES
Cut the chives into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, crack the eggs and mix them. Add all other egg mixture ingredients and combine well.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until golden brown on one side.
Flip the omelette, cover with a lid, and cook for 1.5 minutes until golden brown on the other side.
Transfer to a plate and cut into bite-sized pieces before serving.
