- 2 bowls of bean sprouts
- 1 bowl of chives
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash the bean sprouts under running water and blanch them in boiling water. Keep the lid open or closed until boiling to remove the unique taste of bean sprouts.
Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces and wash them thoroughly.
Rinse the blanched bean sprouts in cold water to retain their crunchiness, then drain them using a colander.
In a large bowl, combine the bean sprouts and chives. Optionally, add any leftover vegetables like scallions.
Add all the seasoning ingredients (red pepper powder, minced garlic, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds) and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
