 - 🐟 60g sashimi-grade tuna, diced
 - 🥚 2 egg yolks
 
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/3 tsp wasabi
 
ÉTAPES
Peel and grate the yam. Dice the cucumber into 1cm cubes.
Dice the tuna into 1cm cubes.
Mix the natto in a bowl until sticky.
Combine the natto sauce packet, soy sauce, and wasabi in a separate bowl to make the sauce.
Layer cucumber, tuna, and natto in serving bowls, dividing evenly.
Top with grated yam, egg yolk, and drizzle the sauce evenly.
