- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🥬 5 cabbage leaves
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧂 0.2 tsp salt
- 🍬 0.2 tsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
Dipping Sauce
- 5 tbsp store-bought gochujang
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
ÉTAPES
Slice green onion, onion, cabbage, green chilies, and perilla leaves. Ensure perilla leaves are halved.
Cut sundae into thick slices to prevent it from breaking during cooking.
Heat a pan and add vegetable oil and perilla oil in a 1:1 ratio.
Add sliced green onion to the pan and stir-fry to create green onion oil.
Add sliced sundae to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add cabbage, onion, and green chilies to the pan and stir-fry until vegetables soften.
Season with salt and sugar, using small pinches for subtle flavor.
Add perilla leaves and stir-fry briefly until sundae is tender and well-cooked.
Sprinkle perilla powder and black pepper, then mix well.
Prepare dipping sauce by mixing gochujang, minced garlic, perilla powder, and perilla oil.
