    • 500g Korean blood sausage (sundae)
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 1 green onion, chopped
    • 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
    • 15 perilla leaves, chopped
    • 3 green chilies, sliced
    • 1 handful rice cakes
    • 2 tbsp perilla oil
  • Seasonings

    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp perilla seed powder
    • 2 tbsp oligo syrup
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Slice the sundae into bite-sized pieces and let it cool slightly. Rinse the rice cakes in cold water and set aside.

Slice the onion, green onion, cabbage, perilla leaves, and green chilies into appropriate sizes.

Mix soy sauce, perilla seed powder, oligo syrup, black pepper, minced garlic, and sesame seeds to create the sauce.

Heat 2 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add sundae, rice cakes, cabbage, onion, green chilies, and green onion. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

When the cabbage is half-cooked, add the sauce and mix well. Add 5 tbsp of water and continue stir-frying until the vegetables are fully cooked.

Add the chopped perilla leaves at the end, stir briefly, and serve.
