- 600g pork shoulder
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Pork Marinade
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare fresh pork shoulder or preferred cut.
Marinate the pork with sugar, minced garlic, cooking wine, black pepper, and ginger powder.
Mix chili powder, gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice wine, corn syrup, and sesame oil to make the seasoning sauce.
Slice the onion and chop the green onion.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and stir-fry the marinated pork.
Once the pork turns white, add the prepared seasoning sauce.
Add sliced onion and chopped green onion to the pan.
Stir-fry until the sauce is absorbed and the pork is fully cooked.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir briefly to finish.
Serve Baek Jong Won's spicy stir-fried pork hot.
