    • 🧅 1 onion, sliced
    • 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

ÉTAPES

Prepare the pork by slicing it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and chop the green onion.

Mix the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, red pepper powder, corn syrup, gochujang, cooking wine, minced garlic, and oyster sauce.

Heat a pan and add the pork. Sprinkle 1.5 tbsp sugar and stir-fry until the sugar is absorbed and the pork is partially cooked.

Add the sliced onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.

Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked and coated with the sauce.

Add the chopped green onion and stir-fry briefly to finish.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
