- 5 sheets seaweed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
ÉTAPES
Heat a pan over low heat and toast the seaweed sheets on both sides until crispy.
Place the toasted seaweed in a plastic bag and crush it into small pieces by hand.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create the seasoning sauce.
Add chopped green onion to the seasoning sauce and mix well.
Transfer the crushed seaweed to a mixing bowl and pour the seasoning sauce evenly over it.
Transfer the seasoned seaweed to a serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
