    • 🍢 1 block tofu
    • 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion

    • 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🌰 2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 🧂 1/3 cup soy sauce
    • 💧 1 cup water
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧂 1 tbsp fish sauce

ÉTAPES

Cut the tofu into cross-shaped slices of even thickness. Chop the green onion and green chili peppers into small pieces.

Place 1-2 handfuls of pork belly slices into a pan. If the slices are rolled, cut them in half with scissors.

Layer the tofu slices on top of the pork belly in the pan.

Add 1 handful of chopped green onion and the chopped green chili peppers on top.

Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp sesame seeds.

Pour in 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tbsp fish sauce.

Turn on the heat and let the mixture simmer. Stir occasionally and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Spoon the sauce over the tofu and pork belly. Simmer until the sauce thickens and the ingredients are well-coated.
