- 🍗 600g chicken
- 🥬 1 cup cabbage
- 🥔 2 potatoes or sweet potatoes
- 🥕 1 cup carrot
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 cup green onion
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 cup perilla leaves
- 1 cup rice cakes
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 2-3 tbsp garlic
- 3 tbsp cooking wine or soju
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Wash the chicken thoroughly in water.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, cooking wine or soju, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Cut the vegetables (cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onion, green onion, chili peppers, perilla leaves, and rice cakes) into small and thin pieces.
Add half to one cup of water to a pan.
Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and simmer instead of frying.
Once the chicken is partially cooked, add the prepared vegetables except for cabbage and perilla leaves.
After some time, add the cabbage and stir-fry.
Finally, add the perilla leaves and stir-fry briefly before serving.
