INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, peeled and julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion, julienned
- 🥕 A small amount of julienned carrot
Meat
- 🥓 A small amount of bacon, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp rice oil or cooking oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash and peel the potatoes, then julienne them.
Soak the bacon briefly in hot water before slicing.
Julienne the carrot and onion.
Boil the julienned potatoes for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
Heat 1 tbsp of rice oil in a pan and sauté 0.5 tbsp of minced garlic.
Add the potatoes, bacon, carrot, and onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Season with 0.5 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
