INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato, thinly sliced
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
Meat
- 🥓 2–3 strips of bacon, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Cooking Oil
- 3–4 tbsp vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Peel the potato and slice it thinly for quicker cooking.
Soak the sliced potato in water for 5–10 minutes to remove starch.
Drain the potato slices and pat them dry to remove excess water.
Chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Heat 3–4 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over low heat and add the potato slices.
Season the potatoes with a pinch of salt while stirring occasionally.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the potatoes until tender.
Add the chopped bacon to the pan and stir-fry until crispy.
Optionally, add chopped green onion and sprinkle black pepper before serving.
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds for garnish.
